• Customers earn a 100% credit based on third month usage for each year of contract term
• Maximum customer bonus for each T-1 is $500
• Maximum customer bonus is $5000 / customer account

• If customer cancels service or is disconnected for non-payment, a pro-rated portion of the credit will be invoiced to the customer as follows:
- Months 1-6 100% Invoiced
- Month 7-8 75% Invoiced
- Month 9-10 50% Invoiced
- Month 11-12 25% Invoiced
• A customer receiving subsequent credits for a multi-year contract shall be subject to the same conditions for each credit applied |
